I build complete software products across the full stack, from the data layer and API design through to the interfaces people actually use. I have shipped production systems for hospitality businesses in Germany, schools in Pakistan, restaurants in Saudi Arabia, and clients across different industries. Each project started with a real problem someone needed solved, and ended with a working product in their hands.
I have worked directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout my career. That means translating business problems into system designs, explaining tradeoffs to clients who do not think in code, and making sure what gets built actually fits the workflow it is meant to replace. I lead teams and I build hands-on. I write frontend, backend, integrations, and deployment infrastructure. I own the whole thing.

Hotels in Germany were managing reservations, billing, and housekeeping across disconnected tools. I built a unified multi-tenant platform that centralises the full operation. Each property runs in its own isolated environment with separate data, configuration, and reporting.

Front desks at busy hotels create bottlenecks at peak check-in times. I built a self-service kiosk terminal that lets guests complete the full check-in and check-out process independently, including payment and key card collection. No staff involvement needed.

I built an embeddable chatbot platform where businesses connect their knowledge base and deploy a context-aware agent. Private schools were running admissions, attendance, and fee collection on spreadsheets and paper. I designed and built a multi-tenant school management platform from scratch that centralises all of it. Admissions workflow, automated billing cycles, attendance with parent notifications, timetabling, staff payroll, and financial dashboards. Each school runs in its own isolated tenant. Built as lead engineer, now in active daily use.

Medical professionals needed a dedicated space to publish clinical content and engage in peer discussion, separate from general social platforms. I built the core publishing and community platform: article editor, clinical discussion threads, and a content moderation workflow. Custom Tiptap editor with rich formatting and media support.

A Saudi client needed a single platform to manage multiple restaurant brands and vendors, with operators able to configure menus, pricing, and business rules without developer involvement. I designed and built the full system: dynamic backend, multi-tenant data layer, and a clean GraphQL API. Scoped, built, and delivered independently as a freelance project.

Hotel rooms were being heated and cooled regardless of occupancy, wasting energy and adding cost. I built an integration layer that connects guest check-in and check-out events from Crito Smart PMS to the room climate hardware in real time via MQTT, so heating adjusts automatically with guest activity.
