Fix for #462
Also removes the copy operation in
match_geometry, which was previously included out of an abundance of caution so that the result of the matching operation would not share memory with the original volume. However, other situations, such as match_geometry that requires a simple cyclic permutation of the axes will result in memory sharing already, and this is probably not unexpected to most numpy users.
