🔴 Platform installs fail without a PyPI release
On a fresh machine, uv tool install devin-graph cannot install the CLI because distribution status says it is source-only. Both Windows guides use the same command, so their installs fail too.
Learn more
The platform guides direct users to install the package by its PyPI name. The distribution status explicitly says no PyPI release exists and gives a GitHub source install instead. All three guides now require a release that the repository says does not exist.
Example: A new Linux user with uv runs uv tool install 'devin-graph'. The command looks for a published distribution and cannot install this source-only project; they never get the devin-graph CLI.
Recommended fix: Restore a source installation command in all three platform guides, consistent with the README's uv tool install git+https://github.com/Icaro0310/devin-graph.git, until a PyPI release actually exists.

🔍 Install guidance lacks a changelog entry
The installation guidance changes without a changelog update, despite the contribution checklist. Add an entry if the guidance change remains.
