🔴 Cron cannot find the installed CLI

With the documented uv install, cron runs devin-graph build without the CLI's directory on PATH. Cron does not load the shell configuration used by the PATH instructions, so the weekly rebuild never runs.

Learn more

The Linux guide installs the command with uv tool install and identifies ~/.local/bin as its executable directory in the PATH instructions. User cron entries normally receive a minimal PATH and do not source .bashrc or .zshrc, even when the command works in an interactive terminal. The cron line therefore cannot locate devin-graph under the documented setup.

Example: Ada adds export PATH="$HOME/.local/bin:$PATH" to .bashrc and can run devin-graph build in her terminal. At Sunday 06:00, cron runs without that PATH setting, reports devin-graph: not found, and leaves the graph unchanged.

Recommended fix: Use the installed CLI's absolute executable path in the cron entry, or define a suitable PATH explicitly in the crontab. Also pass an absolute --graph path so the scheduled rebuild updates the intended database.

🔍 Weekly description conflicts with daily schedule

Both Windows guides promise weekly rebuilds, but their schtasks examples schedule daily runs. Align the description and schedule.

```
User-scope `schtasks` needs no admin. If Group Policy disables Task Scheduler, run the command manually or use the tool's own `install` subcommand where available.
🔍 Unavailable install fallback in corporate guide
The suggested install fallback does not exist in devin-graph's CLI. Only manual runs remain when Task Scheduler is disabled.
🔍 Uninstall instructions omit scheduled task cleanup
The new task survives uv tool uninstall devin-graph, but uninstall guidance says no scheduled tasks remain. Add removal instructions for users who enable recurring runs.
🔍 Shared rebuild guidance duplicated across guides
The rebuild purpose appears in all three platform guides. Platform-doc rules place shared behavior in README.md and OS-specific scheduling commands here.
- **Permissions:** tools read Devin data under `$XDG_DATA_HOME/devin` and write only their own config/state — no root or sudo is required.
- **Scheduling:** optional recurring work belongs to `systemd --user` timers or cron; installation never creates jobs.
🔍 Changelog omitted for new scheduling instructions
The PR adds recurring-run instructions without updating CHANGELOG.md, despite the contribution checklist.
