Closes #6.

sessions.db > 2 GiB now warns with the store's path, its exact size, and a pointer to devin-history (export) + devin-janitor (prune). Exact stat outside the bounded walk — same contract as acp-messages — so live growth cannot hide a breach and the finding fires even when the file would not make the top-3 listing.

  • ctx.sessions_db_warn_bytes = 2 GiB default (Context field, consistent with the other warn_bytes thresholds)
  • scan-cap marker rides the finding for transparency
  • 2 new tests; existing restat-invariant test updated to name the second allowed exception

Note: test_auto_approve_workflow.py/test_release_workflow.py fail collection locally with No module named 'yaml' — reproduces on a clean main checkout too (env, not this change); CI resolves it via dev extras.

A huge sessions.db is the top cause of slow Devin starts, but the disk
check only flagged it if it made the top-3 stores listing. A dedicated
finding stats cli/sessions.db exactly (outside the bounded walk, same
contract as acp-messages) and warns over ctx.sessions_db_warn_bytes
(default 2 GiB) with the path and an export-then-prune pointer
(devin-history + devin-janitor).
