The audit ignore entries and the accompanying _comment block suppressed Laravel 11.x advisories inherited from the dev-only leantime/leantime requirement. Removing them so composer audit reports the real state of the dependency tree.
bin/release-exclude.txt excludes vendor/ from the release tarball and this plugin declares no runtime require, so composer install --no-dev produced a vendor directory that never shipped. Composer 2.10 blocks advisory-affected packages during resolution by default, which turned that pointless resolve into the only thing failing the release build.
