Expand ClusterDocs-NG training and lab-network guidance

What changed

• add Classes 14 and 15 for wet-lab instrument handoff and the complete research-data lifecycle through a planned Coscine archive flow
• add short lifecycle and overall ClusterDocs-NG TL;DR pages while preserving the numbered class sequence
• restore useful screenshots from the earlier ClusterDocs and place direct safety context around settings that should not be copied
• add synthetic RiboSnake-inspired Bray-Curtis PCoA and waterfall visuals to the Python and R notebook examples
• recommend VS Code Remote - SSH as the main interface for most coding and analysis preparation, with practical search, file-watcher, extension, Workspace Trust, and Slurm boundaries
• add a sanitized live RCC Slurm overview to Class 5
• document Lab-network properties, configuration workflow, limitations, security reasoning, PiKVM remote-console safeguards, and the approval/licensing boundaries for Tailscale

Why

The NG material needs a coherent route from instrument acquisition to governed project storage, Slurm analysis, retained results, and eventual archive. It also needs to be approachable for users who primarily work through VS Code or laboratory software, while retaining the operational lessons and visual orientation that made the earlier ClusterDocs useful.

User impact

Users get one numbered learning path, a two-page-style quick guide, clearer recommendations for everyday VS Code use, reproducible visual-analysis examples, and direct explanations of what the Lab network permits and blocks. Physical hostnames and internal service values remain out of public documentation.
