Fresh CPX51 re-measurement answering the reviewer questions on memory scaling: LU/LDLT ladder 626k–2.8M DOFs (LDLT 0.58–0.60×, certification numbers reproduced within 2.5%), rank-count sweep, coax-vs-sphere per-DOF constant (2.8×), Nf=22 workload shape, and a measured sweep_mode negative at scale. Adds bench/memladder.sh + results doc, one caveat paragraph in docs/SOLVER_IMPROVEMENTS.md.

quantified on both metrics), coax-vs-sphere per-DOF constant (2.8x),
Nf=22 workload shape, and a measured negative: sweep_mode loses to
per-frequency LDLT refactorization at 2.26M DOFs.
