docs: PyPI badge + install line; title -> v1.0 - #7

Now that v1.0.0 is published on PyPI: - add PyPI / Python-versions / License badges (absolute links, so they render on both GitHub and the PyPI project page) - add `pip install kernel-dynamics-viewer` at the top and update the Quickstart install line to the PyPI package - bump the README title to v1.0 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
