What changed
tools: nightly.Why
The stable CodeQL bundle 2.26.1 rejects Kotlin 2.4.10 during extraction. Kotlin 2.4.10 support has already landed upstream and is available in the current nightly bundle.
Impact
This restores CodeQL analysis for the repository's current Kotlin version while support has not yet reached a stable CodeQL release. The workflow can return to the stable bundle after that release becomes available.
