Both are transitive lockfile-only updates (postcss comes in through svelte, nanoid through postcss). Landed as one commit instead of merging dependabot #13 and #14: they overlap on nanoid, so they would need a rebase round between them, and their CI was red on a stale workflow snapshot rather than on anything in the bumps.
