Hi, I'm Harshika 👋

Full Stack Developer building clinical software used by 150+ hospitals at Artem HealthTech — across Angular, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Java/Spring Boot in a GraphQL + Nx micro-frontend architecture.

Currently contributing to OHIF Viewers (Cornerstone3D) — proposing and building a dedicated ECG Mode for medical imaging, working directly with maintainers on the refactor.

🔭 What I'm working on

  • ECG Mode for OHIF v3 — waveform rendering + clinical measurement tooling (Heart Rate, RR Interval, QT/QTc, QRS Duration) built against Cornerstone3D's ECGViewport/GenericViewport architecture. Proposed in OHIF issue #6068, refactoring toward the maintainer-guided ECG_NEXT direction and reusing OHIF's MeasurementService and Zustand stores. Work-in-progress here: cornerstone3D fork.
  • Dynamic Form Engine — a JSON-driven engine powering 1,000+ configurable hospital forms in production, replacing hardcoded per-department form logic.
  • AI-assisted codegen tooling — a Claude Skill that reads a project's structure/conventions and generates UI pages from Figma (via MCP) and CRUD "master" pages from API endpoints, paired with an agent that opens GitHub PRs automatically.
