feat(seed): rich two-week demo dataset for the demo video - #33

python -m app.seed_demo --yes wipes and loads 4 users, 3 warehouses / 9 locations, 20 products, ~130 validated operations through the real engine (receipts, deliveries, transfers, cycle counts with discrepancies), low/out-of-stock items, open ready/waiting/draft work, and a scripted high-risk 'Count next' item. Steel Rod stays at 0 for the live story. History is re-dated across 14 days (timestamps only; append-only trigger re-enabled in the same transaction). Tested.

python -m app.seed_demo --yes→ realistic business: 4 users, 3 warehouses / 9 locations, 20 products, ~130 validated operations over 14 days via the real engine, low & out-of-stock items, board with ready/waiting/draft work (incl. a staff count awaiting a manager), and a scripted high-risk Count next item (Office Chair: 2 past discrepancies + 23 movements → HIGH). Steel Rod untouched at 0 kg for the live demo story.History timestamps are re-dated across 14 days (timestamps only; quantities/balances are what the engine produced). The append-only trigger is disabled only for that UPDATE inside the seeding transaction and re-enabled before commit — the test asserts integrity OK and trigger enabled. Backend 76 tests pass.
