Replaces the static landing with a cinematic, scroll-told product story.

  • WebGL hero — raw fragment shader (no 3D library): indigo aurora + receding warehouse-floor grid + travelling light trace; DPR ≤ 1.5, paused off-screen/hidden tab, immediate first frame, reduced-motion still frame, CSS fallback.
  • GSAP ScrollTrigger + SplitText (free standard license): headline reveal; pinned Registers → Spreadsheets → Guesswork → One ledger; pinned Steel Rod story (counter 0→100→80→77 with step cards and append-only ledger rows, ending on 'Ledger reconciled'); tilting dashboard screen; batched reveals; architecture data beam (Next.js → FastAPI → PostgreSQL).
  • Aceternity-style spotlight cards in a bento grid.
  • Motion only under prefers-reduced-motion: no-preference; all content visible otherwise. Adds gsap, @gsap/react.
  • Adds src/app/icon.svg — fixes the favicon 404 on every page.

Verified: lint, typecheck, build, 96/96 Playwright, headless scroll tour through every section (no console errors).

- WebGL hero: hand-written fragment shader (indigo aurora, receding
  warehouse-floor grid, travelling light trace), DPR capped, paused
  off-screen, first frame painted immediately, still frame under
  reduced motion, CSS gradient fallback
- GSAP ScrollTrigger + SplitText: headline reveal, hero drift, pinned
  'Registers / Spreadsheets / Guesswork -> One ledger' scene, pinned
  Steel Rod story (counter 0 -> 100 -> 80 -> 77 with step cards and
  append-only ledger rows), tilted dashboard straightening on scroll,
  batched reveals, architecture data beam
- Aceternity-style spotlight cards in a bento feature grid
- all animations gated on prefers-reduced-motion: no-preference;
  content fully visible without JS or motion
- app favicon (icon.svg) fixes a 404 on every page
