…s-OS CI Robustness / bugs: - graph.py: validate the substitutions spec with precise InvalidSpecError messages (empty/non-mapping spec, missing target/options/components, non-numeric or negative cost) instead of a cryptic KeyError; dedupe duplicate components (a rule listing the same component twice never fired before, because the AND-counter expects one settle per distinct component). - cli.py: output is now bilingual (Chinese / English), matching the README which already advertised bilingual substitution trees; add a --version flag. Tests + CI: - tests/test_validation.py: spec-validation errors, dedupe, --version, and bilingual output (38 -> 51 tests). - CI: add Windows + macOS to the test matrix and a build + twine-check job so the package stays publishable.
