Replace all real names, usernames, email addresses, and local paths with generic placeholders across identity files, plan docs, hooks, tests, and .env.example. Add GETTING-STARTED.md covering all subsystems with example input/output. Files redacted: AUTHORS.md, LICENSE, CODEOWNERS, FUNDING.yml, plugin.json, session-start-calibrate.py, test_token_optimizer.py, .env.example, and both superpowers plan docs.
