Prepare 0.9-2 lifecycle, provenance, and smoothness release

Summary

• Prepare BrainGnomes 0.9-2 with strengthened postprocessing validation and orchestration.
• Update masked SUSAN smoothness calibration from the 96-volume fMRIPrep 25.2.5 end-to-end fixture, including separate none, fMRIPrep-mask, and template-mask coefficients and validation results.
• Complete the R and CLI project lifecycle while preserving setup_project() -> run_project() -> diagnosis as the normal applied-user workflow.
• Keep config, doctor, and plan as optional inspection tools; run_project() resolves the same execution model internally.
• Add status, logs, retry, and cancel recovery commands, with clear retry scope and safety behavior.
• Record complete per-run provenance, including configuration, subjects, resources, software, host and scheduler context, checksums, job links, retry ancestry, and deferred Flywheel finalization.
• Refresh the README, quickstart, diagnosis vignette, reference documentation, and CLI help in applied-user language without introducing a new required UX contract.
