…e silicon pkg files. Remove push build on build release to keep it purposeful. Specified docs to only rebuild on change to docs. Moved to vtkio rc0.7.0-2 to handle the lz4 vulnerability. Added download button to hugo site. Changed the slider spans to be inputs so slices can be stepped through.

Adds spinboxes to the sliders value allowing for single slice movement.
