HealthThread is an accessible health communication platform built for the BayHacks 2026 hackathon. It helps people record health experiences through speech, text, guided questions, and a body map, then organize patient-confirmed information for clearer conversations with healthcare providers. It compares changes with a person's own past patterns. HealthThread does not diagnose patients or replace healthcare professionals.
