This adds Lean as an example of a theorem proving and formal verification language, in a new section under Families. Also adds CUDA under systems programming as an extension to C/C++. Both additions follow the existing tone and structure.

Caveat: Lean isn’t a proper constraint logic programming and doesn’t fit typed functional programming or lisps either. It’s based on dependent type theory and built for theorem proving and formal verification. Worth its own section since it teaches a different way of thinking: proofs as programs, types as logic.
