The Twiddler 4 uses a different configuration format than the Twiddler 3. Add the GeekHand layout for the Twiddler 4 as two files (1.cfg and 2.cfg) that together form the single chord map, and document in README.org that both must be copied over for the Twiddler 4 (the existing twiddler.cfg is for the Twiddler 3).
