Levee 0.2.0
Levee 0.2.0 — LucidLink support 🟢
Levee now works with LucidLink, not just Suite. Pick your streaming provider per drive and everything — proxies, thumbnails, and pinning — adapts to it.
New
- LucidLink support. Mark a drive as LucidLink and Levee pins/unpins through
lucid, stores proxies & thumbnails in aLeveefolder on the filespace, and shares them with your team just like it does on Suite. - Per-drive provider dropdown. Each drive in settings is now Local / Suite / LucidLink — no more single "Suite drive" toggle. Existing Suite setups migrate automatically.
- Drive switcher. The library path bar leads with a drive-letter dropdown, so you can hop between drives without leaving the player.
Improved
- You can tell where you are at a glance — LucidLink spaces use a neon-lime accent and say "Pin / Pinned", while Suite stays sky-blue and says "Pre-cache / Cached."
- Drive Settings dropdowns are now dark-themed and readable (the old white-on-white select is gone).
- Shared library database and folder pinning now work on any cloud-streamed drive, not just Suite.
Fixed
- ProRes proxy generation. Proxies failed on camera ProRes (especially 4444 / 12-bit) due to its color metadata — Levee now normalizes color before encoding, so those proxies generate correctly. Multi-track ProRes audio is downmixed to stereo.
Notes
- Windows-only for now (see the roadmap in the README).
- One LucidLink filespace at a time is fully supported; targeting multiple mounted filespaces by name is coming later.
- The installer is unsigned — Windows SmartScreen may warn; click More info → Run anyway.
Full install instructions: see the README.
