Adds support for Grundig SonicMic 3 device.
Small special feature: TAB_FORWARD returns value incompatible with single-bit bitmask (see src/dicta_sonicMic_3_device.ts)
Limited local testing because as mentioned here and here, there seems to be a problem with running
npm run testlocally.
