Scoreless FINISHED matches now self-heal: the reconcile estimates the closing-odds favorite after SETTLE_FALLBACK_HOURS and settles (no-loss → principal returned). Plus OpenAPI docs refreshed (+19 endpoints). 68 tests pass.
