Workflow's source and generated-project defaults now use Go1.27.2 and x/net0.60.0 while preserving the accepted OTel1.47 graph. Source-host race-binary reuse remains bounded by the existing compiler/source/config identity and exclusive context-aware copy/cleanup path. Compatible editor0.2.1 resolution and YAML merge-work coverage remain intact. The offline generated-runtime test builds the actual emitted production graph and retains both HTTP identity/SIGTERM/endpoint-absence paths.

Validation on e853990950b59499febd28a595af2c1dffc2b9df / tree 450ce8e25188def3a3d27a2d9853ae899cb1c71d:

  • Natural CI38910864930 passes all13 jobs and153 uncached packages. All57 critical fixture/host/registry parents, actual strict Docker, the repaired SQLite test, and both generated Linux HTTP/lifecycle modes pass. Hosted UI passes141 tests. CodeQL, quality, cross-plugin and policy checks pass.
  • All four fresh native command artifacts report exact source VCS, modified=false and Go1.27.2; the actual new server passes HTTP identity and graceful shutdown. Fresh CLI-generated API and SDK plugin native tidy/build and real HTTP/typed-loader lifecycle checks also pass.
  • The unchanged maintained e-commerce Dockerfile builds from a blob/mode-verified archive of all3552 committed files using the exact DHI Go1.27.2 builder. Extracted Linux/arm64 server metadata confirms Go1.27.2/CGO0/OTel1.47/x-net0.60. Real nonroot/read-only runtime matches all8 committed catalog records, rejects an absent product, exits0 on SIGTERM and removes its endpoint. Owned resources are removed. Image-binary VCS fields are absent for the Git archive; native-command VCS evidence is separate. The earlier probe-only metadata/network/health-path failures are preserved with their concrete corrections.
  • Native wfctl721.558s passes its actual900s alarm and exceeds the separate600s performance goal. The advisory benchmark failure remains failed; no performance-cause claim, timeout change or benchmark veto. The actual snapshot600s deadline remains unchanged and must establish its own result after normal integration.
  • Ordinary OSV differential scan passes with0newSARIF; complete current2/old351 vulnerability objects match the prior source assessment. There are13 old and2 current loader failures, so native analysis remains UNKNOWN/incomplete. The four shipped commands have no OpenPGP packages in four checked CGO0 build contexts; this is bounded package-absence evidence, not complete vulnerability analysis or a clean-security claim.

Existing three tasks/one PR and102 source owners are preserved. SQLite PR#1074 is inherited separately through accepted main 270761ac9ee2822c9e2e3871cd644dc9ec13ce58; the entire source-owned patch is byte-identical across that baseline integration. Source5 code reviews remain round5/max5 C0/I0/M1 with the carried cancellation-wait Minor disclosed; both baseline-alignment reviews pass C0/I0/M0. All scope locks and protected CI/trust files are unchanged.

Actual original source and Task34 snapshot failures remain preserved. Ordinary current checks and the evidence review govern normal protected merge; actual corrected-main/native/snapshot/image provenance and final acceptance remain separate. No source1022/Task34/runtime acceptance or deployment is claimed yet.

Keep the editor API range unchanged and exercise both actual parser paths against the merge-work budget. Resolve only the affected dependency families and their causal closure.
Keep the two compatible base transitive pins instead of unnecessary refreshes. The npm resolver changes only chai and tinyrainbow; full UI tests, build, lint and target-family audit pass. Retain independent review disposition and real artifact evidence.
Record the failed OOM receipt, successful single-variable memory control and final source scan. Preserve genuine uncalled findings and called-control reporter rejection. This local resource budget does not authorize CI environment changes.

Exact-head CI triage: Go Mod Tidy job111304217899 and candidate CI policy job111304217906 use Go1.26.5 with GOTOOLCHAIN=local; both fail with: go.mod requires go >= 1.26.8 (running go 1.26.5; GOTOOLCHAIN=local). Candidate policy first validates all11 workflows, then its root mutation harness cannot compile. Trusted pull_request_target policy is SUCCESS; these are different jobs. UI and cloud-plugin/IaC checks have passed. The same source passes fresh native Go1.26.8 vet/lint, cold full152-package race proof, real exact-head artifacts/server smoke and full native scanner/reporter locally. This source-only plan excludes frozen CI/authority edits: no floor downgrade, GO env override, repeated timeout retry or failed-check merge is proposed. Hold this PR while the separately governed CI driver/adoption prerequisites are reconciled. Legacy scanner differential scan success is not a full native security-clean claim.

Real generated-app and SDK-plugin probes exposed existing bootstrap, config and StringValue adapter defects. Repair their owning boundaries while preserving explicit overrides and strict schemas. CI authority remains separate; final frozen-source and hosted checks are still required.
Keep optional scaffold plugins out of defaults and preserve version diagnostics while testing the exact final version line. DHI builder keeps its vendor and runtime; authenticated image proof remains held.
A 10ms refill legitimately restores tokens during cold HTTP scheduling. Keep exact engine denial and recovery assertions with a one-second token interval, preserving middleware and timeout behavior.

Current pushed head3e62f5fa has completed native Go1.27.1 source/runtime gates:
cold Linux full154-package race/coverage exit0 (wfctl428.833s/600s), actual
generated app/plugin/server/maintained legacy image, UI141/build, static/
Windows cross-compile, strict Docker and native scanner/called-control proof.
Exact-head warm relink/server receipts also pass; detailed PR body updated.

The new actual hosted failures are compiler-floor failures, not native test
failures: CI Go Mod Tidy and mutation harness, plus benchmarks, run Go1.26.5
with GOTOOLCHAIN=local against go.mod1.27.1. Runs37187384232/37187384220 retain
the exact rejection; no retry or failing-check merge is attempted.

Separate CI Task1 legal staging bootstrap is blocked: its existing unchanged
CI harness inserts a second staged bundle. Promoted external proof cannot
clear actual staging. Explicit narrowly scoped bootstrap authority remains
pending; current ordinary-review admin approval does not authorize this.
DHI registry401 separately blocks the vendor-defined e-commerce Go27 image
digest/compiler/build verification until machine authentication.

This PR remains unmerged. No protected-file/settings change, stable tag,
production deployment or source/CI/Signal completion claim.

The DHI authentication prerequisite is resolved and the maintained e-commerce
image gate now passes against exact source3e62f5fac8174b1ec05c0a2b72e81a27b145271f.

  • Exact builder dhi.io/golang:1.27.1-alpine3.23-dev authenticated pull succeeds;
native ARM64 compiler prints go version go1.27.1 linux/arm64.
  • Published index digest8cb55f3251ea01b829c84cdf6dff4ceec6d17395f95bf7901b4992d2b25f4fdb;
    ARM64 manifest68ca4b0d7d0fbd9c92f62367193fb7ea77d6458efd357a7f37f8684b23b28ecf.
AMD64 publication metadata is verified, not an AMD64 runtime claim.
  • Actual example/ecommerce-app/Dockerfile, repository-root build context,
unchanged static runtime and committed Workflow/config/components/SPA.
    Extracted server: Go1.27.1, CGO0, OTel1.45.0, exact VCS revision, modified=false.
  • Real configured app with SQLite in private tmpfs and committed simulated
business providers; no replacement server/plugin or external service fixture.
HTTP health and seeded catalog pass. UID65532, cap-drop ALL, read-only root,
no-new-privileges and loopback-only published port retained.
  • SIGTERM exit0, fresh endpoint refusal, zero failure signatures, all31commands0,
source bytes/modes/status unchanged, owned container/image cleanup verified.
Earlier401 and diagnostic failures are preserved, not relabeled as passes.

No credentials/config were read or included. No release/image publication or
production deployment. This is local source-plan proof, not hosted CI success.
PR1022 remains held until the approved twelve-boundary Go27 CI rollout and its
actual check receipts complete. B2 approval covers only the exact initial CI
test-fixture bootstrap defect, not this source PR's failing checks.
