feat: T-AUTH-5 — Facebook OAuth provider (#32) - #35

Adds Facebook to step_oauth.go alongside Google. Mirrors the Google provider pattern: constants for authorization/token/userinfo URLs, scope list, and a case in oauthProviderConfig that pulls facebook_oauth_client_id + client_secret + redirect_url from config (with endpoint override hardening matching the Google branch). Removed Facebook from the explicitly-disabled providers list. Other deferred providers (instagram, x, bluesky) remain explicitly disabled per the original oauth-extraction design. Tests: TestOAuthProviderConfig_FacebookAvailable + TestOAuthProviderConfig_FacebookIncompleteUnavailable. Resolves #32.

Resolves #32. Adds Facebook to step_oauth.go alongside Google. Mirrors the Google pattern (URLs + scopes + provider switch case + endpoint-override hardening).
Tests:
TestOAuthProviderConfig_FacebookAvailable+TestOAuthProviderConfig_FacebookIncompleteUnavailable.Other deferred providers (instagram, x, bluesky) remain explicitly disabled.
