Independent security and quality source review checked official action/module provenance and hashes, manifest/lock consistency, toolchain/API compatibility, unintended source or permission changes, and the full adversarial bug checklist; no blocking source findings. The dependency change is meaningful and currently integrates without conflict. This source approval does not replace missing required CodeQL configurations, Code Quality analyses, or current-base integration CI; all applicable checks and review rules must be satisfied before normal merge. No bypass or auto-merge is requested.

Renewed approval for exact head 37cde2d. The empty CI refresh preserves the reviewed dependency-only source tree. The intended change is setup-go v6 to v7 across existing workflows; official upstream provenance and Node 24 runner compatibility were verified, with inputs, permissions, release conditions and security/test gates preserved. Current-main integration is conflict-free. All 58 fresh exact-head checks passed, including core/CLI/BDD/module/example coverage and genuine Go/Actions CodeQL analyses. No material security or quality findings.
