Reason: Add MiniMax image generation with regional endpoint support.
This change adds a native MiniMax image client with the complete generation request schema, global and China endpoints, API response validation, and URL or base64 image persistence. It registers
image-01andimage-01-live, routes those models through the existing image generation flow, and exposes the MiniMax API key and region in the existing model selectors.Checks:
