CI audit follow-up: gate image publishing on tests, Node 24 actions pinned by SHA, explicit permissions and timeouts, caches for the woff2 build and Go, doc-only pushes skipped, GitLab image published on tags with a build cache. The determinism test now catches the v0.2.2 uninitialized-buffer bug.
