In addition to the format described there, the remote= prefix can now be used to explicitly indicate that the input refers to a remote file. This PR cannot merge: all three files it patches were renamed or moved by the ADR 0002 restructure (#14), so the diff no longer applies.

Two of the three bumps have been carried over to the new paths, with the SHAs verified against the upstream tag objects:

• configure-aws-credentials v6.2.2 → v6.2.3 — get-aws-secret → aws-secret-get
• setup-java v5.6.0 → v5.7.0 — salesforce-code-analyzer.yml → reusable-sf-code-analyze.yml

The third, codeql-action/upload-sarif v4.37.3 → v4.37.4, is no longer applicable here: it lived in docker-build-test-push.yml, which moved to sf-docker-images under ADR 0002 decision 3. That bump belongs in that repo.
