When the app language is RTL (fa, ar, he, ur, …) or a language pack declares direction: "rtl", the UI switches to right-to-left layout, loads Vazirmatn for Persian/RTL text, and keeps fixed chrome panels (topbar menu, post settings, writers panel) on their physical sides so absolute positioning and width math stay intact. Also ships the fa-ir UI locale as a default language and documents site language codes for Persian.
