This pull request addreses few minor ux/ui issues:

  • adds button to toggle fullscreen mode
  • prevents «jumping» of rack items labels when item is active (e.g. presses)
  • adds proper handling of clicks and double clicks preventing longpress and right click treating as regular double click

* Do not track pressed state, use :active instead
* Use seTimeout approach to distinguish @click and @DBLClick
* Use standard events to properly handle right clicks (ignore them instead of treating as clicks)
