Refresh store prices and add Revolution Case key

Summary

• add the missing community_32 Key store entry used by the Revolution Case
• refresh all store entry prices from the May 5, 2023 CS:GO pricing snapshot
• add the late CS:GO store items for Revolution, Anubis, Paris 2023, music kits, and sticker capsules
• remove Antwerp 2022 entries that were no longer present in the 2023 snapshot
• document the pricing source and snapshot commit in price_sheet.txt

Research

The previous price data matches the August 1, 2022 snapshot from iebb/CSGO-Pricing exactly across 8,541 currency values. The closest complete public multi-currency snapshot found was last changed on May 5, 2023 and includes the final major CS:GO store additions before the September 2023 transition.

The existing 2022 store layout is retained because the public archive contains the entry and pricing data, but not the complete GC store layout.

Validation

• verified 228 unique entries with matching item_link values
• verified all entries contain prices for 39 currencies
• compared 8,931 regular and sale price values against the source snapshot with zero mismatches
• verified balanced KeyValues blocks and no duplicate entries
• ran the Windows x86 csgo_gc build successfully (ninja: no work to do, as this is a data-only change)
