A GitHub Actions workflow runs every hour, fetches the apps added since
the previous list and commits one CSV per run to data/, e.g.
data/new-apps-<timestamp>.csv.

Data comes from the Flathub API. Flathub is a community project that builds and hosts Flatpak apps. App metadata is supplied by the app developers through their AppStream data and is available under the license stated in each app's manifest.
