Updates on:
files for mom6 configuration in coupled GEOS-MOM6-CICE6 setup at 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 deg resolutions
a) Updates in MOM_input based on om4 grids at different resolutions
b) Tuning the PBL-based MLD for the Bodner23 model (that enables surface re-stratification from sub-meso in upper ocean)
RUN2 method for DUAL_OCEAN in MOM6_GEOSPlug is implemented (Note: ice nudging still needs to be implemented for the CICE6 thermo part in order to run dual-ocean for MOM6-CICE6 configuration)
MOM_parameter_doc files for the 1440x1080 case (the default setup with 1/4-deg ocean)
