Adds a hosted Zkool memo plugin package for ZAP1 structured memo rendering.\n\n- add flat Zkool plugin zip for Plugin Manager install\n- keep source files beside the zip\n- document the raw GitHub install URL\n\nNo app-core changes and no production mutation.
