The PR title workflow ran but was never gating: the ruleset only required `pytest`, and the job reported as `Validate conventional PR title`. Renames the job (id and display name) to `pr-title`, matching PaceStrip and RepoTemplate, so it can be added to the Main-Protection required checks once this is on `main`. Note: the workflow uses `pull_request_target`, so the renamed job only takes effect after merge — the required check is added to the ruleset afterwards.
