On Windows with Git's default `core.autocrlf=true`, the two generated keytip files are checked out with CRLF line ends. `keytips --check` compared them byte for byte with the generator's LF output, so it reported them out of date on every default Windows checkout, although regenerating them changes nothing (`git diff` stays empty). `up_to_date` treats CRLF line ends as LF; any other difference is still out of date. `parity --check` has the same problem; storytold#2028 fixes it the same way. a_crlf_checkout_of_a_current_file_is_up_to_date: a rendered table is up to date with LF or CRLF line ends, and a stale one is out of date with either.
