FEATURE: add prefix the stack name and set the project_name

In Komodo, each stack name should be unique.
For example, i have komodo periphery, or crowdsec or whatever on each server.
So it cannot be added directly with the sync created by komodo-import

On way to allow it would be:

• the ability to add a prefix (defined by an environment var) to the stack name
• the ability to set the project_name of the stack with the compose name or directory name (well, the previous stack name)
