Adds opt-in evidence bindings that check exact quantity, unit, basis and context before scalar model execution. Missing, conflicting and conjectural inputs are refused; synthetic inputs require explicit opt-in. Source locators, limits, uncertainty metadata and exact numeric provenance remain attached to outputs. A deterministic report identifies missing ovarian kinetic inputs without inferring parameters.
Validation: three synthetic mass-balance cases match exact rational results with maximum error 0 L/h (tolerance 1e-12 L/h). Local suite: 218 passed, 15 skipped because OpenMM/PySCF/libRoadRunner are unavailable, 1 network test deselected. JavaScript checks passed. Independent Astra review approved a76be75 after correcting exact-number audit serialization.
Outputs are nominal synthetic scenarios, not propagated uncertainty or biological validation. No new source acquisition or clinical inference.
