To use the script, give the commands:

chmod +x generate_script.sh


./generate_script.sh <number of parallel process> <number of times> "list of times to skip"

Number of parallel processes → the number of processors you want to use for the reconstruction.

Number of times → how many time directories you want to assign to each processor (i.e., how many time steps that processor will handle).
