Summary

• Resume after screen off ([Bug]: playback fails to resume #1337): the placeholder surface is released only after the real surface is attached, so the codec never draws into a dead buffer. A video decoder error re-prepares once in place; if it fails again the player shows "The video decoder stopped working" with Retry.
• DeArrow ([Bug]: DeArrow integration isn't working #1344): videos with no submissions show DeArrow's random video frame, from one cached, deduped lookup that follows the server's ranking. New "Use a video frame" switch in Integrations. DeArrow titles on Shorts cards. The badge shows only when DeArrow actually changed the card.
• Gapless songs ([Bug]: glitch when moving to a next song in a playlist in v3.0.0 #1345): removed the seek to the start after each automatic advance.
• Shuffle and repeat ([Bug]: Music media card in notification panel never shows the repeat button (only like + shuffle), and notification shuffle is out of sync with in-app shuffle #1347): the system media card shows shuffle and repeat. Shuffle from the card, Bluetooth, Wear or Auto reorders the same queue the app shows. The video notification gets repeat, plus shuffle while a queue plays.
• Restores three English strings that a Weblate commit turned into plurals, which broke the build on main.

Playback: surface attach order, a single in-place re-prepare on video decoder errors, and the music shuffle path now run through ExoPlayer's shuffle flag with the manager doing the reorder. Shuffle state is still saved with the queue. Network: DeArrow lookups are cached for an hour (404 answers included) and capped at 4 at a time. New preference dearrow_random_frame, default on.

• The change does not introduce secrets, private data, or unexpected telemetry.
• New user-facing text uses Android string resources.
• Dependency and lockfile changes are intentional and limited to this PR.
• Room schema changes include the required version bump and migration, or this PR does not change the Room schema.
