[Feature]: Move video to the top / bottom of a video playlist #1418

Problem

When I try to reorder videos in a saved playlist, I need to press and hold and then move the video.
In a long playlist, if I am trying to pull a video towards the top, I need to try multiple times since it kinda slips away from the "press and hold" action and is placed in some other location.
I think that's a UI bug.

I cannot sort the videos in the custom order I want smoothly.

Proposed behavior

The existing bug(s) in reordering items in any list in general needs to be looked into.

Since there is no action assigned to left and right swipes in the video playlist, it might be a good idea to add some functions like move to top / bottom to make custom ordering long playlists a bit smoother.
Something like what was done in #1371.
