German for "blind spot", the mistake you can't see because you made it.

The toughest reader sees your document first. And it remembers where you're weak.

A Claude Code skill that tears apart your offers, proposals, pitches and strategy memos the way the person on the other side of the table will: the procurement lead, the skeptical CFO, the investor who has seen a hundred decks like yours. You get 5-9 deal-killing objections, each anchored to an exact quote from your document, each with a concrete fix.

And here is the part no other review tool does: blindfleck keeps a memory. Your weaknesses repeat. It's the same 2-3 blind spots in every document you write, but nobody keeps track. blindfleck does. Every run updates your personal blind spot profile, and next time it hunts exactly there first:

And when a former blind spot stops showing up, it tells you that too: ✅ Behoben: Kein nächster Schritt definiert (war 2x). The tool gets sharper the more you use it, and so do you. That's the whole point.

Why

You wrote the document, so you can't see its holes. Your colleagues are too polite to find them. The holes surface when it's expensive: the customer says "too pricey" (because your value argument was weak), the investor asks the one question you can't answer, procurement strikes the line item without explanation.

Use

In Claude Code, in the folder where your document lives:

/blindfleck angebot-mueller.md

Or just ask: "Grill my proposal", "Zerpflück mein Angebot", "what's wrong with this pitch?"

blindfleck answers in the language of your document (German and English both work well).

What you get

1. A frame line: who is reading your document and what's at stake.
2. The kill list: 5-9 objections, deadliest first, each with an exact quote, the objection in the counterpart's voice, why it kills the deal, and a paste-ready fix.
3. What holds up: one honest line about what's strong. That's what makes the criticism credible.
4. Your blind spot profile: your recurring weakness patterns with counts, across all runs.
5. A verdict: "Would I sign? Not yet. Fix objections 1-3 and we talk."

The memory file

blindfleck stores your recurring patterns in .blindfleck/gedaechtnis.md in your project root. Plain Markdown, one line per pattern, readable at a glance.

• Commit it to share blind spots with your team ("we always forget the next step").
• Or add .blindfleck/ to .gitignore to keep your profile private.

Not using Claude?

The skill is instructions, not code, so it is not locked to one AI:

• Other agent CLIs (OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI, opencode, ...): any agent that can read and write files can run it. Tell it: "Read skills/blindfleck/SKILL.md and follow it for the document X." The blind spot memory works there too.
• Plain chat AIs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Mistral, Claude in the browser): use universal/PROMPT.md, a copy-paste version. You keep the blind spot profile yourself and paste it back next time; same learning loop, manual memory.

Honest limits

• blindfleck argues from what is (and is not) on the page. It never invents market numbers or competitor prices.
• It flags legally risky passages (guarantees, liability promises) but never judges them; that's your lawyer's job.
• It's a stress test, not a rewrite service. It offers to apply fixes only after showing you the damage.

blindfleck ist ein Claude-Code-Skill, der Angebote, Pitches und Strategiepapiere so liest wie die Person auf der anderen Seite des Tisches: der Einkaufsleiter, die skeptische CFO, der Investor. Du bekommst 5 bis 9 Einwände, die den Deal killen würden, jeder mit wörtlichem Zitat aus deinem Dokument und einem konkreten Fix zum Einbauen.

Das Besondere: blindfleck führt Buch. Deine Schwächen wiederholen sich, es sind bei jedem Menschen dieselben 2-3 blinden Flecken. blindfleck speichert sie in .blindfleck/gedaechtnis.md und prüft beim nächsten Dokument genau dort zuerst: "Wiederkehrender Blindfleck: Preisbegründung, 3. Mal." Der Skill wird mit jeder Nutzung treffsicherer.

Nutzung: /blindfleck mein-angebot.md oder einfach "Zerpflück mein Angebot". Antwort kommt auf Deutsch, wenn dein Dokument deutsch ist.

Ohne Claude? Geht auch. Jeder datei-fähige Agent (OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI, ...) kann die SKILL.md direkt ausführen ("Lies skills/blindfleck/SKILL.md und wende sie auf X an"), inklusive Gedächtnis. Für ChatGPT und andere Chat-KIs gibt es universal/PROMPT.md als Copy-Paste-Version: Profil-Block aufheben, beim nächsten Mal mit einfügen, gleicher Lern-Loop.

Grenzen: blindfleck erfindet keine Zahlen und beurteilt keine Rechtsfragen (rechtlich riskante Stellen werden markiert mit dem Hinweis, sie anwaltlich prüfen zu lassen).
