Added 2 articles and a category for discord bot hosting.
the it is currently all in /other/discord/general, because nobody answered to [Helpful-chat -> KB-thread -> message] (https://discord.com/channels/710503370187735160/1261685069353979975/1384178126430666772)
If anyone would like to change it then please just move it / ask me, I just put it like this because I noticed that discord.py isn't maintained anymore... IDK if it's still worth writing an article about... y'all decide...
I also just added a new category, I am not sure if I did it correctly (I can't test it...) so please also let me know if there is anything about that that needs to be changed
