Added vial light shield STL files

Added a directory and STL file for simple 3D printed prisms to shield cultures for light-sensitive experimentation.

I printed these using ESD ABS and have successfully run blue-light experimentation using them.

Hi @maraxen! Can you also add the solidworks file?

I don't have access to Solidworks currently so I can't find a clean way to get a SLDPRT extension version, will a STEP version of the model suffice? @zheins

What cad software did you use to design the part? Can you include the project file(s) for that software as well so that it's easier for someone to expand/modify upon the design in the future?
