Owned damage previously left the coordinator with an unsupported sparse event and no current health basis. Request the existing frame-coalesced authoritative replacement, preserving legacy bytes and mixed dispatch/economy while filtering only handled sparse arms from the replacement projection. Snapshot publication now exposes the existing build/enqueue-before-basis boundary to focused executable tests.
Validation: 14 focused C++ tests passed with freshly generated exact-schema protobuf; removing owned projection causes two targeted failures. Gateway C++ syntax check passed against retained Recoil 2026.07.04 engine/SDK headers. Controlled protobuf fixture output is available for the subsequent actual FSBar reducer join; it is not raw retained native evidence or an engine manager-walk test. Full plugin rebuild/adoption and native grants remain pending, with useful play 0/6.
