Update the selected unmodified stock engine to official Recoil 2026.07.04 at source de69361239d8c8b1012dba3f5aa3122954ea4da3.

• Align the engine acquisition pin, generated identity, exact release-tuple admission, stock trace admission, build source/tree pin and Lua source check.
• Update the producer-owned stock contract engine identity. Wire revision, queue policies and the retained historical hash-algorithm vectors are unchanged.
• Require the FSBar consumer contract, catalogue readiness and trace normalizer to adopt the same identity before a joined successor runtime operation.
• Preserve the old engine/evidence. Official upstream headless atlas repair is present in the selected source; its local incident effect remains unproved.
