Summary

• translate stock Recoil FactoryProduce(count=1) with native options zero, preserving the engine's default append behavior without SHIFT's quantity multiplier
• retain generic SHIFT mapping for ordinary tactical Append commands and leave the non-stock/custom factory branch unchanged
• add a stock quantity regression proving an existing two-entry queue becomes three, while the previous SHIFT mutant becomes seven
