The full headless image reached its dependency and stock-plugin stages, but OpenSSL first lacked make and stock Recoil configuration then lacked required Libunwind/LZMA development inputs. Add these prerequisites from the fixed signed Ubuntu snapshot and refuse missing tools/libraries before the costly dependency compile. Compile the existing x64-linux vcpkg closure in Release, matching the maintained stock plugin build, with canonical triplet inputs included in the output manifest.
Validation:13 inert source controls, preflight and whitespace checks pass. Native Release dependency compilation passed; subsequent stock configuration failed on the now-addressed Libunwind requirement. The corrected full image/plugin/ABI build remains unqualified. Failed downstream builds do not retain intermediate toolchain images; no final runtime image, gameplay or publication is claimed.
